Logistics Park Moerdijk (LPM) is a modern and flexible approx. 720,000 sqm development site, divided over two development cells. Development cell II covers a warehouse footprint of approx. 300,000 sqm, divided over three warehouse developments, cell III covers a warehouse footprint of approx. 200,000 sqm, divided over two warehouse developments. All warehouse developments can offer single or multi-tenant solutions ranging from approx. 25,000 sqm up to approx. 100,000 sqm. The developments are fully permitted and have major electricity connections available. All our new buildings will be certified by the assessment methods of BREEAM, with a classification of ‘Excellent’.
The park offers units from approx. 25,000 sqm up to XXL-solutions for large logistics operations larger than 100,000 sqm. Our premises are suitable for all types of large-scale logistic and “value add” activities.

LPM (Logistics Park Moerdijk) is the European multimodal logistical hub and situated between the Port of Rotterdam (NLD) and Port of Antwerp (BE). It is one of the few locations in the Netherlands where large-scale distribution centers can be developed and built.
The location of Logistics Park Moerdijk (LPM) was chosen in part due to its potential for multimodal handling of the goods flow. This feature defines LPM’s competitive edge and is key to the sustainable development of a logistics area. LPM is directly connected to the highway network, but the facilities for water and rail transshipment are not located on the site itself but on the adjacent Moerdijk seaport and industrial area.
All buildings are constructed to high quality standards. Upon request, all rental spaces can be adapted according to the future tenant’s requirements. To a certain extent, adjustments may be made even if a building is already under construction in order to accommodate the tenant’s special technical requirements.
The facility offers private bedrooms with modern shared kitchens and bathrooms. Residents have access to amenities such as a fitness center, a restaurant, and various recreational spaces, creating a home-like environment that fosters a balanced work-life experience.

For this purpose, the Internal Road has been constructed. Initially, this internal road will be used for various (non-automated) wheeled transport modes, including terminal tractors, trucks, 3-TEU trucks, cars, etc. The major advantage of this setup is that the internal road connects directly to the road infrastructure at both the Moerdijk seaport and industrial area and LPM. This provides a high degree of flexibility and future-proofing.
At LPM, the internal road will have a direct connection to the secondary road network, ensuring that all companies are connected to it and accessible to vehicles that are not allowed to operate on public roads. This arrangement minimizes the interaction of these specialized vehicles with regular traffic on the primary access road.
